the very low acidity (less than 0.3 or 0.7 accordingly) compared to other EVOO production countries,
the mono-variety production of “Koroneiki” that guarantees superiorquality, and
the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) that proofs the purity of the olive oil (and not any blending).

In addition all the bottles bear a traceability number that verifies the dates of the whole process from the day of harvest to the day of bottling.
